This cassette is part of a series of mix-tapes called ‘Cosmic Empathy’ and compiled by different artists for Paesaggi Records. Is a sincere exercise of storytelling through a thoughtful and inspired choice of music records. No specific style no specific rule. This release has been mixed by Manu•Archeo, founder of Archeo Recordings and it’s dedicated to Alicudi, a volcanic island part of the Aeolian archipelago off the coast of Sicily. Since 1989 he spends long periods of time on the island, where his father owns a small house, and where he can find inspiration and peace. The landscape pictures included in the riso-printed eightfold booklet are part of a lifelong ongoing photographic project by Manu•Archeo that portraits the island.
