‘Ashram Equinox’ is the sixth album from Julie’s Haircut. It contains eight tracks that are merged to form a continuum of sound, which may either be listened without interruption from beginning to end as a complete suite, or each track can be taken individually, each with its own meaning.
‘Ashram Equinox’ is a kaleidoscopic eclecticism that spans rock and psychedelia, from electronic to minimalism, with echoes of jazz, ethnic, dub and drone music.
