They make slow, heavy, metaphysical instrumental music, influenced by cosmic psychedelia, industrial rock (like Swans or Godflesh), the Neurot and Hydrahead catalogs, ’80s 4AD bands, krautrock, and Norwegian black metal. The Subsound Split Series is a collectors’ series of limited edition 12-inch colored vinyl releases. For each release, the series presents two bands from the Italian and international underground scene, spanning various non-mainstream genres.
