‘Werewolf Woman’ (original title ‘La Lupa Mannara’) is a 1976 Italian exploitation sleaze fest with an emphasis on sex and violence. Wild synths bubbling over skittering jazz drums is thrilling enough but composer Coriolano Gori intersperses some beautiful mellow themes throughout to temper the madness.
